The main objective of launching the Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana (MMLSAY) is to provide Healthcare facilities to all the citizens who cannot afford proper treatment in Assam state. All permanent residents of Assam are eligible to avail of the benefits of the MMLSAY.
